Next Stage: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Standard Test (PST)

Candidates who have qualified in the written examination will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). The details are as follows:

Physical Standard Test (PST) Requirements:

For Male Candidates:

  • Height: General/OBC/SC: 168 cm, ST: 160 cm
  • Chest: General/OBC/SC: 79 cm (unexpanded) and 84 cm (expanded), ST: 77 cm (unexpanded) and 82 cm (expanded)

For Female Candidates:

  • Height: General/OBC/SC: 152 cm, ST: 147 cm
  • Weight: Proportionate to height as per medical standards

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Requirements:

For Male Candidates:

  • Race: 4.8 km to be completed in 25 minutes
  • High Jump: Minimum 1.20 meters (3 attempts allowed)
  • Long Jump: Minimum 3.50 meters (3 attempts allowed)

For Female Candidates:

  • Race: 2.4 km to be completed in 14 minutes
  • High Jump: Minimum 0.90 meters (3 attempts allowed)
  • Long Jump: Minimum 2.50 meters (3 attempts allowed)
