Candidates who have qualified in the written examination will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). The details are as follows:

Physical Standard Test (PST) Requirements:

For Male Candidates:

  • Height: General/OBC/MBC/EWS: 168 cm, SC/ST: 165 cm
  • Chest: General/OBC/MBC/EWS: 81 cm (unexpanded) and 86 cm (expanded), SC/ST: 79 cm (unexpanded) and 84 cm (expanded)

For Female Candidates:

  • Height: General/OBC/MBC/EWS: 152 cm, SC/ST: 150 cm
  • Weight: Proportionate to height as per medical standards (Minimum 47 kg)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Requirements:

For Male Candidates:

  • Race: 5 km to be completed in 25 minutes
  • High Jump: Minimum 1.20 meters (3 attempts allowed)
  • Broad Jump: Minimum 3.80 meters (3 attempts allowed)

For Female Candidates:

  • Race: 2.5 km to be completed in 15 minutes
  • High Jump: Minimum 0.90 meters (3 attempts allowed)
  • Broad Jump: Minimum 3.00 meters (3 attempts allowed)

Special Relaxation:

  • Candidates from Tribal Sub-Plan Areas: Height relaxation of 5 cm and chest relaxation of 2 cm
