Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
For Grade A Officers:
- RDBS: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) and knowledge of word processing.
- Development Specialist: Master’s Degree in relevant field (Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, etc.).
- Finance: CA/CMA/MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance) or equivalent.
- Economics: Master’s Degree in Economics/Econometrics/Mathematical Economics/Integrated Economics.
- Legal: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with minimum 60% marks.
- IT: Engineering Degree in Computer Science/IT or MCA/MSc in Computer Science.
- Rajbhasha: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at Bachelor’s level or Master’s in Sanskrit with Hindi and English as subjects at Bachelor’s level.
For Grade B Officers:
- Similar qualifications as Grade A with additional 2-3 years of work experience in relevant fields.

Selection Process
The NABARD Grade A & B 2024-25 selection process consists of three phases:
Phase I: Preliminary Examination (Online)

The final selection is based on the aggregate scores obtained in Phase II (Main Examination) and Phase III (Interview). The weightage of scores is as follows:
