AFSB Testing Process
Candidates who have cleared the AFCAT written examination will now undergo the Air Force Selection Board (AFSB) testing process, which consists of the following stages:
- Stage I – Officer Intelligence Rating Test and Picture Perception & Description Test (PPDT):
- Candidates undergo screening tests including verbal and non-verbal tests
- PPDT involves writing a story based on a picture shown for 30 seconds
- Group discussion on individual stories
- Stage II (For candidates clearing Stage I):
